What operating systems do you manage?

We manage Linux distributions CentOS, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, Alpine and others.

Do you also manage the servers that are not placed with FeldHost™?

Yes, we do manage such servers; however, we have better access to our infrastructure so that we can solve any possible problem faster.

Do I have access to the server as root?

No, the server is fully under our control and thanks to this, we can guarantee the availability of the services. We can provide you with access and the necessary tools using a sudo function.

Where is the server installed, and what are the data centre parameters?

The FeldHost™ servers can be found in the Coolhousing data centre. We have leased our own 42U racks with dual 1Gbps connectivity and dual power supply.

What is the connectivity?

The connectivity is dual 1Gbps. The network is connected directly to internet nodes NIX.cz, FENIX, SIX, DE-CIX, AMS-IX and NIX.sk.
